Warranty Policy:
All products purchased from LASMEX’s direct-sale stores in China mainland and authorized LASMEX distributors.
Purchasers shall enjoy the following warranty policies since the date of purchasing:
3-5 years for the separate detachable speaker unit and 1 year for the electronic product, the nondetachable speaker and the headphone.
All products purchased by LASMEX authorized domestic sales channels, which are certified by the warranty card and proof of purchasing (sales invoice or machine-printing receipt), shall enjoy free maintenance and replacement service within the warranty period.
LASMEX products, purchased outside China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and failed to declare in accordance with relevant customs regulations when purchased by agents, transferred, or imported, shall not covered by the free warranty service. Please contact customer service center for details.
The warranty declared by LASMEX shall not apply to the following conditions:
No warranty registration certificate and valid invoice.
Damage caused by Non-LASMEX authorized repair center.
Damage caused by failure of using, maintaining, or keeping in accordance with product user guide/ instructions.
Information code (two-dimensional code, bar code, etc.) on the product sent for fixing is damaged, lost or altered, or damage caused by any human factors or force majeure.
Breakdown or damage caused by misuse or negligence, such as improper maintenance and keeping, accidents (such as fire, water immersion, extrusion from external force, falling down, etc.), natural disasters (such as thunder, earthquake, typhoon, etc.) or pests, etc..
Other items not specified shall be implemented according to national regulations.
Warranty Terms of Headphone Products:
In order to enable you to enjoy high-quality sound effects for many years in the future, we guarantee that LASMEX product you purchased is flawless at the time of delivery and that the foresaid product has one-year warranty period from the date of billing. The product under the warranty shall be fixed in accordance with the following terms upon the valid sales vouchers and this warranty voucher.
LASMEX product you owned must be purchased from an authorized dealer by Shenzhen LASMEX Industrial Co., Ltd., and it must be supported with relevant proofs (invoice or receipt voucher issued by the store).
LASMEX product you owned must be used properly as described in the product manual.
The warranty declared by LASMEX does not apply to the following conditions: natural depletion, damage, abrasion and aging of headphone accessories (e.g. earmuffs, silicone ear tips, etc.) or parts; breakdown or damage caused by misuse or negligence, such as improper maintenance and keeping, accidents (such as fire, water intrusion, extrusion from external force, falling down, etc.), natural disasters (such as thunder, earthquake, typhoon, etc.), etc..
Labels and marks listed on the equipment shall be complete without alternation and damage and must be in conformity with the warranty card number of Shenzhen LASMEX Industrial Co., Ltd.
The warranty certificate shall not be reissued if lost, and please keep it properly together with the sales voucher.
The warranty certificate shall only be used in China mainland.
Other items not specified shall be implemented according to national regulations.
Pick-up by Customer/Maintenance Notes:
When using express delivery to send a product for fixing, please make sure that your contact information, product fault description and accessories of the equipment, etc. are included.
The customer must pick the repaired product up with “Customer Pick-up Sheet” of Service Record List at the customer service center.
If the customer does not come to the customer service center to pick up the repaired product within three months after the product is repaired yet, LASMEX shall no longer bear any loss that the customer may suffer as a result of the overdue pickup of the product.
LASMEX product maintenance charges are set as follows:

Labor Service Fee
Replacement of Earmuff:￥50.00/piece
Single Service for Cleaning, Adjustment, Upgrade, etc. of Products: ￥50.00/time
Appearance Damage: ￥100.00/time
*Service Fee: Unified service fee shall be collected for the maintenance of the functional failures outside the warranty period for all products (please note that you cannot enjoy such service if information code on the product to such as QR code, bar code, etc. is damaged, lost or altered). The services under the foresaid service fee are as follows:
· Replacement of accessories with breakdown (if needed)
· Cleaning, adjustments, software upgrade of products (if the latest software version is released)
· One-year warranty for functional failure after the repair of the product.
Fault of the product is confirmed after the detection by the customer service center, which can be removed through maintenance or replacement of accessories. If the customer abandons the maintenance, the following inspection shall be charged ￥100/piece.
**The final maintenance price shall be subject to the price from the customer service center.
